Tuition Fees
Total Fees: ₹ 17,600 /- per year (Applicable for all students under regular admission)
Fee Components (Annual Basis)
- Tuition Fees: ₹ 17,600 /-
- As prescribed and approved by S.R.T.M. University, Nanded.
- Girl students fee waiver (Govt. of Maharashtra): Not applicable to eligible girl students as per Government Resolution No. 202410101140321508 (Higher & Technical Education Department, 2024).
- Under this GR, girl students with annual family income up to ₹ 8 lakh are entitled to a 100% Tuition & Examination Fee Waiver.
- Students must apply through the MahaDBT Portal: mahadbt.maharashtra.gov.in
- Required documents: Aadhaar Card, Income Certificate, College Admission Receipt, Previous Marksheet, and Bank Account Details.

- 📚 Library Fees – Access to books, journals & e-resources
- 🧪 Laboratory Fees – Maintenance of labs & equipment
- 🏗️ Development Fees – Infrastructure & facility upgrades
- 🪪 ID Card / Student Welfare Fees – ID cards, insurance, activities
- 🧾 Examination Fees – As prescribed by SRTM University
- 🏛️ Registration / Eligibility Fees – As per university rules
Payment Details
- Fees to be paid annually at admission or renewal.
- Accepted modes: Cash / Demand Draft / Online Payment
- Late payment attracts charges as per institutional policy.
Scholarships & Concessions
- Apply for Government Scholarships via the MAHADBT Portal.
- Reserved Category, EBC, and Merit students may receive concessions or full/partial fee waivers (as per applicable rules).
